the ‘excellent’ shower had a fixed head, which made it challenging to wash my hair. also, can we talk about the 7th floor elevator? it’s so inconvenient when you need to reach the 8th! I almost wrote a good review, but it just woudl ve been too much to ignore.

The kitchen area is well-equipped for cooking simple meals. The reception could be more secure.

The quadruple room offered a spacious layout, perfect for a family stay, complemented by the well-equipped kitchenette that made it easy to prepare snacks. The nearby supermarket was a bonus for quick meals, and the supportive staff went out of their way to ensure we felt at home. noise travels through the hallways, which affected our sleep quality, and the bathroom cleaning needs improvement, as it could have been cleaner upon arrival. the breakfast selection lacked variety and might not satisfy all guests.

Spacious family room with two beds and a separate living area. A kitchenette for DIY meals. A large supermarket right next door proved handy for takeout lunches, and the balcony offered a nice spot to soak in some afternoon sun.
Firm beds may challenge those with back issues after a few nights. The bathroom could use a deeper clean, with occasional hairs spotted and a bit of mildew lingering. Breakfast options fell short on variety, which might lead you to skip it after the first day.

The kitchenette was great for preparing meals, but the shower leaked continuously.

The self-catering apartments are spacious, featuring a well-equipped kitchenette with essential cooking utensils, which makes meal prep a breeze. Each apartment includes a large terrace that allows for some fresh air and views, enhancing the overall experience.
Noise levels were an issue during my stay. the sounds from the street and the hotel's water system often disrupted peace at night. I found the beds to be uncomfortably firm. every movement seemed like a springboard experience, making restful sleep quite a challenge. The apartment could use more thorough cleaning—while daily service was offered, it felt inadequate at times, and not all toiletries were consistently replenished.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. During my first stay, the staff even helped me with restaurant recommendations, which I remember fondly. I’ll be back for a city trip!

Family with kids should consider it.
Had a spacious room that was clean, and the kitchenette was perfect for prepping snacks for the kids. The little supermarket next door made our lives easier, since you know how kids get with food!
Sure, it wasn’t cheap but you know what? It was still worth the price.

Great spot for a family stay!
We loved our family room! It was cozy and had a nice little kitchen area. The staff were super friendly, even helped us with an early check-out and stored our bags. There's a fab supermarket right next door too. The only thing was, the bathroom could've used a better clean – just a bit grimy around the edges.
